Chief Technology Officer
Jim Stark is the Chief Technology Officer at Regency Hotel Management. He is a Mechatronic engineer who brings more than 35 years of hospitality facility and IT operational experience to our team. In addition to overseeing the IT department’s daily operations, Jim is also in charge of long-term systems planning. With his expertise and guidance, Regency stays on the leading edge of hospitality systems, setting each of our properties up for continued success.
Jim’s past experience includes Director of Engineering at one of the nation’s largest national parks. He was responsible for the day-to-day operations of 2.2 million square feet of space in 863 buildings.
Jim’s combined expert knowledge and extensive experience of the hospitality and technology industries make him the perfect person for this position. He understands both the business side and guest experience side. Jim’s armed his team with the tools needed to make sure guests receive the best experience.
Jim enjoys spending time with his family in his free time. He and his wife have three children and seven grandchildren.
