Randy Grismer is the Director of State Parks at Regency and oversees all aspects of Regency’s state park operations. He collaborates with property staff and partners to guide planning, budgeting, and improvements across the portfolio. Randy’s approach emphasizes operational excellence, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience.
His longstanding history with Regency spans more than a decade, and he’s worked in the hotel industry for nearly 25 years. Randy’s held a variety of positions during that time including sous chef, catering manager, and general manager. As the previous general manager for Best Western Ramkota Aberdeen, Randy renovated the 154-room hotel and convention center. Through the culmination of these experiences, he can anticipate questions or concerns from property owners and expertly guide them through the entirety of a project.
