Chief Human Resource and Risk Management Officer
Nicole Soles is the Chief Human Resource and Risk Management Officer at Regency Hotel Management, where she oversees the entire benefit package; property, casualty and worker’s compensation insurances; and safety and training programs for us and our affiliate companies.
Nicole started as the assistant and has worked her way up. She manages the unique HR challenges that come with the hospitality industry. She provides updates on laws and best practices to the property management team and is always available for advice when unusual circumstances present themselves or when management needs guidance.
She has been with Regency since 2008 and holds the SHRM-CP and PHR certification. She has a degree from South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and running.
