Assistant Director of Operations

Mark Olson is the Assistant Director of Operations of Regency Hotel Management. He assists with all aspects of Regency property operations. From training and cost-cutting to acquisition takeover, Mark uses his expertise to help properties with whatever they need.


Mark has been in the hotel industry since 1996 and brings a wealth of knowledge to his current position. Mark’s experience as a food and beverage director and many hourly jobs has helped him tremendously. He can relate to property staff members from all departments which allows him to serve them and their needs better. 


Mark takes great pride in Regency and the trusted partnerships he and the company have formed through the years. He loves the day-to-day variety of his job and can’t imagine doing anything else.
