Kevin Knetsch
Director of Human Resources and Risk Management

Kevin Knetsch is the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management at Regency Hotel Management, where he oversees the corporate HR department. Kevin makes recommendations for the development and administration of human resource policies and programs, ensuring they are aligned with corporate policy and federal and state laws. Kevin also manages all aspects of insurance, including managing claims. With a SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional) certification, Kevin offers Regency a wealth of knowledge and experience, enabling him to serve our team in a methodical and professional manner.
Kevin studied at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and holds a degree from the University of Sioux Falls. During his college years, he worked in various restaurants and bars, building relationships and learning how to interact with people of all personality types. Working in various HR and coaching roles, Kevin developed skills in areas such as staffing, safety, training, recruiting, and more. He joined Regency Hotel Management for the team aspect and our strong track record of success and credibility.
Outside of work, Kevin soaks up his free time with family and friends. He has two daughters who are involved in sports, so he and his wife spend much of their evenings and weekends at games and tournaments. He also enjoys cheering on professional Minnesota sports teams, such as the Vikings, Wild, and Timberwolves, as well as the New York Mets.
