Our properties are under a blanket insurance policy enabling each of the properties to purchase insurance at a cost lower than most hotels. This is a result of the size as well as our hotel risk control programs. Our properties conduct monthly safety meetings and quarterly self inspections on a web based system that allows for centralized monitoring. The various manuals and systems that have been developed have been noted by various groups in the hospitality risk control arena. We have an aggressive return to work policy and timely reporting of workers compensation incidents that have been recognized on a national level.
