Our philosophy of cost control was a natural lead into using our size to purchase better. We have various group purchasing programs at our disposal. We have also used the purchasing to establish an affiliate, Commercial Interior Décor, Inc., to provide floor covering, wall covering, beds, furniture and related items for the guest room.
