Information Systems

Information Systems is responsible for handling the data processing services required by our properties for their general accounting needs including Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger. Centralized processing of information with decentralized entry cuts the costs of data processing services for our properties. The Information Systems Department currently processes around 15,000 checks monthly and will generate and file electronically nearly 10,000 W-2s at year-end. In addition to these services, we provide general troubleshooting assistance for our properties.
