With many years of experience in human resources and benefits, the Human Resources Department of Regency Hotel Management provides support in hotel human resources, benefits, and risk management to more than sixty properties which includes approximately 5000 employees company wide.
The human resource management team provides general employment support to the president, regional and district managers, and general managers of each division in human resource and employee issues. This diverse area includes the administration and generation of personnel policies and procedures; production of associate manuals with related forms; support and guidance from unemployment hearings; as well as regulatory compliance. The human resource managers have experience with immigrant labor programs.
The human resource department is responsible for the implementation and daily management of the group benefits program to include self-funded and fully insured medical plans, life, AD&D, long-term disability, and voluntary programs for dental, life, short-term disability and supplemental medical. The department also administers the 401(k) savings programs
