U.S. Hotel & Resort Management is currently in talks with officials at the Sioux Falls Regional Airport regarding a potential new 69-room hotel connected to the airport building.

We're planning an $8 to $9 million renovation for what will soon be a posh boutique hotel, complete with a first-floor restaurant, rooftop garden, and access to all of your favorite Twin Cities activities.

U.S. Hotel & Resort Management (better known as Regency Hotel Management) has acquired a historic Minneapolis building, which it will turn into an upscale boutique hotel with large suites and a rooftop garden.

We are excited to announce that Burr Oak State Park Lodge is now open again, and in the coming months will see an extensive $2 million renovation. The result will be larger, beautifully renovated rooms and multiple-room suites.

Several of our finest hotels are golf course-adjacent, including Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center in Alexandria, MN, Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center in College Corner, OH, and Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center in Okoboji, IA.
