We are proud to announce that the Minnesota chapter of NAIOP has recognized the Best Western PLUS – Bloomington with one of its Awards of Excellence for 2011.

Our building was submitted by Welsh Construction, who teamed up with Genesis Architecture to renovate our hotel inside and out. All 211 of our guest rooms have been expanded and redecorated, and our lobby, pool, and more have been upgraded to provide our guests with a beautiful, luxurious place in which to relax.

The NAIOP has awarded us for the Best Renovated Building Greater Than 75,000 Square Feet. From the NAIOP website, "Criteria included site development, architectural integrity, interior design, integration into the community, market feasibility, unique challenges, and LEED certification."
